Contact NXTThing employee support. If your employer has told you a form no longer applies, let us know and we will clear it from your onboarding checklist.
I have a question about my paycheck, timesheet, or pay stub.
Contact NXTThing employee support and include the pay period or timesheet date you are asking about. The team will review the details and route the question to the right payroll contact.
A state unemployment office or background-check company needs to verify my employment.
Send the verification request and any authorization form to NXTThing employee support. Include the requesting organization’s contact information and deadline so the team can respond directly.
Do I work for NXTThing or for the client company?
The employment relationship depends on the placement. Your offer and onboarding documents identify your employer of record, and your recruiter or employee support can clarify anything that is unclear.
I applied but have not heard back. What should I do?
Check that your contact details are current, then follow up with the recruiter listed on the role if one was provided. You can also apply to other openings that match your background.
