Terry Terhark is a renowned Talent Acquisition executive with expertise in Recruiting and the labor markets . With over 25 years of experience in recruiting services, and consulting with some of the world’s premier brands, he has established himself as a respected authority in recruiting services, RPO and labor market trends.
He is widely recognized for his dynamic and engaging speaking style, captivating audiences with his insights, knowledge, and passion for recruiting in today’s labor market. With the dynamic shifts in the labor force utilization, unemployment, open jobs, and hyper competition in the life sciences industry, Terry brings a wealth of knowledge and guidance on how to navigate and succeed in these ever-changing labor conditions.
Throughout his career, Terry has delivered keynote speeches, presentations, and workshops at numerous prestigious events, conferences, and organizations worldwide. He is known for his ability to connect with diverse audiences and deliver actionable takeaways that inspire and empower attendees.
As a thought leader in the Recruitment and the Talent acquisition industry, Terry has contributed to the industry and been recognized by E&Y as an Entrepreneur of the Year, as an RPO Superstar, and numerous awards and achievements throughout his career. He also actively engages with his audience through social media platforms, blogs, and podcasts sharing valuable insights and fostering meaningful discussions.
Jamie Minier
President
As a pioneer in the RPO industry for nearly 20 years, Jamie Minier is well-known for her steadfast leadership and unwavering commitment to delighting clients, producing results, and inspiring employees and colleagues around her. Jamie’s current role as President ensures that her talent for operational excellence and service innovation is central to the NXTThing RPO offering. Under her direction, NXTThing RPO has seen unprecedented revenue growth year over year, and expanded its footprint and reach to support organizations in multiple industries and of all sizes. Prior to joining NXTThing RPO, Jamie held senior leadership positions, serving as Chief Operating Officer at TheRightThing starting in 2004, and later as President of the organization through March 2011. Jamie also served as Vice President of Global Human Resources for The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company.
Delivering an exception Client and Employee experience is a core driver of April Glonek’s day to day execution. April Glonek, VP Operations for NXTThing RPO has played in the RPO and Human Capital Management space for 18 years. Her growth through multiple RPO Operational roles coupled with her experience outside of industry provide the framework for her client and employee first approach. She has played in the Global Strategic Client Partnership, Implementation, and Client Delivery sectors of a large fortune 500 company. April is committed to delighting clients, delivering results, and driving our client experience to the NXT level.
Laura has over 25 years of experience in recruitment marketing and technology, with a specific emphasis on web development, strategy, product development, media planning, analytics and data. As VP, Product & Innovation at NXTThing RPO, Laura is responsible for product development where she leads the development of our proprietary technology and client integrations. Prior to NXTThing RPO, at Bernard Hodes Group, she grew the Digital Media & Analytics practice from a single team member to a national department managing all agency digital media strategy, buying, implementation and analytics and she lead Analytics & Monetization for Startdate Labs leading product improvements that increased total revenue by 38% and EBITDA by 98% YoY. In her free time she volunteers extensively, runs, skis, hikes and especially enjoys horseback riding. Laura graduated from St. Lawrence University with a B.S. in Psychology.
Karyssa Siegel is an Account Manager with NXTThing RPO. She has been with NXTThing since its inception in 2019 and has over 10 years of recruitment and marketing experience. Karyssa likes to use her marketing and recruitment experience to help provide her clients with a unique outlook and solutions. She has partnered with high volume and niche clients to help support and grow their recruitment needs. She prides herself in partnering with our clients to make sure that they have a top-notch experience and helps bridge the relationship between the NXT team and her clients. Prior to NXTThing RPO she worked in marketing for a tech company and a financial institution. Karyssa graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing.
With over 15 years of dedicated experience in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and corporate recruiting, Steve DeVlieger, Account Manager at NXTThing RPO is a seasoned recruiting professional known for his expertise in talent acquisition and client relations. His career has been defined by a deep commitment to understanding clients’ needs to deliver exceptional service and forge lasting partnerships. Throughout his career, Steve has honed his skills in identifying top talent across various industries, leveraging a robust understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices. He excels in building strong, trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring a thorough grasp of organizational culture and objectives to tailor recruitment solutions effectively.
Experienced HR professional with a robust 15-year background encompassing HR administration, recruitment, client management, and business consulting across both corporate and agency settings. Michelle is recognized for exceptional communication and management skills, adept at fostering positive relationships with employees, department heads, and senior management to consistently enhance HR operations. Additional strengths include proficiency in HRIS processes, workforce planning, recruiting and interviewing, process optimization, FMLA and labor laws, performance evaluations, benefits and compensation management, diversity and inclusion initiatives, onboarding, training development, salary negotiations, and HR policy formulation.
Nicole Waggoner has excelled as an Operations Manager with our Account Management team and part-time staff for the past two years. With over 9 years of experience in customer service, she has demonstrated exceptional leadership and a profound passion for training our Phone Interview Team. Nicole ensures that every candidate interaction is outstanding, reflecting her commitment to excellence. She is a dedicated problem-solver, continuously driving process improvement and comprehensive training programs. Nicole is a true champion of our NXTThing values and culture, ensuring a remarkable experience for our part-time workforce and setting high standards for associate engagement and satisfaction.
Kaila Glonek is a results-driven professional with a Master’s degree in Business Administration, known for excelling in fast-paced, high-volume recruiting spaces. With a relentless focus on optimizing operations, she specializes in driving efficiency and effectiveness. Throughout her career, Kaila has honed her skills in streamlining workflows and enhancing productivity, all while ensuring that clients receive top-notch service. Kaila combines a strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of client needs, enabling her to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that not only enhance efficiency but also elevate the overall client experience.
Ryan Curth is a Client Delivery Team Lead with NXTThing RPO. He has been with NXTThing since the summer of 2020 where he was instrumental in launching one of our largest clients. He is entering his 10th year in the RPO industry. Prior to recruiting Ryan spent over a decade in the hospitality space. With this combination of experience, Ryan values providing a high level of service to his clients by listening to their needs and coming up with creative solutions to help them meet their goals. Ryan emphasizes the customer service piece of the RPO industry and strives to make each client feel heard. Ryan is a Tiffin University graduate where he majored in Finance.
Anne Landrum
Recruiting Ops Manager
Anne offers extensive recruiting experience, as well as training and leadership experience. As a Senior Recruiter, Anne delivers innovative full-lifecycle recruitment while developing collaborative relationships with the with hiring teams and candidates. Anne is client service focused provide quality candidates through active and passive candidate sourcing while leveraging technology and industry networking. In addition to recruiting, Anne develops comprehensive marketing analyses and sourcing strategies for ongoing client projects.
Chris Jumpp is a seasoned finance leader with nearly 25 years of experience, specializing in FP&A, Accounting, and Strategic Decision-Making. With a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and International Business and a Master’s in Management Information Systems from Florida International University, Chris combines financial expertise with a deep understanding of technology to optimize processes and drive results.
Working across multiple industries, including Pharmaceuticals, Telecom and Logistics, contributing to multi-million-dollar organizations. A key strength lies in leveraging ERP systems and technology to streamline financial operations and enhance decision-making capabilities.
Throughout his career, Chris has led major projects that empowered leadership teams to execute strategic initiatives. Known for mentorship and team development, he thrives on building trust, fostering growth, and creating high-performing teams.
Hands-on and proactive, Chris is equally comfortable in the trenches solving complex challenges or collaborating with C-Level leadership to align strategy with execution. He brings a passion for driving efficiency, innovation, and delivering impactful financial solutions.
